The Dark One
D'espairsRay - Garnet <--- One of the best songs in the world. Benraino
I am bad at Counter Fairys, fyi, so sorry if this is bad advice. I would drop a Darklord Zerato for a Voltanis/3rd Vandaglyon. Maybe add in MST. Favor Returned.
The Dark One
I actually did run 3 Vans and only 2 Darklords in my original version. You think I should revert in that area? Changes Made.-1 Darklord Zerato+1 Van'Dalgyon the Dark Dragon Lord
Benraino
-1 Hecatrice for +1 Vanhalla maybe. I dont like the 3 searchers to 2 Field Spell ratio, it seems wierd to me.
The Dark One
It's better to draw the searchers. By searching out the field spell they thin the deck by one more card, and they can also be summoned/set if I need to do so. The advantage of running more of the field spell is the better redundancy. Your opponent has to destroy more copies of the card before you have nothing left. I'll have to see what everyone else thinks before deciding either way. The Dark One
urrrrm whats the chances of you not having monsters on the feild? I'm not quite sure what you mean. Elaborate please? EDIT: Come on guys, its saddening that my decks always get the least number of posts/fixes. Anyone out there besides Ben and Toni? ~ Chidori-Kun
Post side deck if there is one
The Dark One
So far, no complete one. However, I would likely be including the third copies of Magic Drain and Divine Wrath, as well as a pair of D.D. Crows, etc. Personally, Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell is a favorite of mine. I miht try that as a side option against draw-card heavy decks such as DAD. Benraino
I would run something over Cursed Seal due to the low amount of Spells in your deck.
The Dark One
You're right. Forget that then. Any ideas for the side deck guys? Unfortunately, both mirrors are a no-no in this deck. Also, what do you guys think. Am I better off running 2 Valhalla and 3 Hecatrice, or 3 Valhalla and 2 Hecatrice. (I explained the advantages of each in an earlier post.)
Tabris
Pardon my igonrance on these matters as I haven't played Counter-Fairies for some time, but why run Darklord here? For each copy, you have... 7 potential discard fodder for the field clearing. ... or are the 2 there for Trade-In and Allure fodder and their being Fairies (and thus Valhalla-worthy) more than anything else? NeoPaladin2008
i think 3 field spell 2/3 searcher works nicely.

A big part of his playability in this deck is his compatibility with both draw cards and Valhalla, in fact that's a pretty huge part. But 7 targets really is enough to make his effect go off relatively reliably, especially since I have the necessary draw cards to turbo towards a second DARK. I've changed the ratio to 3 Valhalla, 2 Hecatrice.
The Dark One
Come on guys, it's time to POST. This deck is good enough to be worthy of far more attention than it's getting.

Benraino
The deck looks good TDO. I think I beat you for least posts, most views.
The Dark One
You can keep beating me. I definitely don't mind that. I would like to hbe the record-holder for most views AND most posts. For those of you with the IQ of a rock, this is a bump. (THAT MEANS POST!) Benraino
Maybe Freed or Crow? This looks really solid though.
The Dark One
I've just made the following changes:-1 Dark Valkyria+1 DD Crow I'm one of the biggest advocates of Crow out there, it's just the perfect fit for this meta. Tele-DAD gets killed by it. Glads are hit hard by it, Monarchs, it even has a significant impact on Lightsworn. It also happens to be DARK, so I'm not taking away from my total of allurable monsters by removing Dark Valkyria. I opted not to include Freed as Benraino suggested because Dark Valkyria is basically a one-shot version of the same monster. On top of that, Darklord Zerato can also clear my opponent's field of monsters. More monster based monster removal really isn't necessary. Thoughts?
