This contest is going to consist of 1 on 1 duels for a spot in the next round.

 

once i have enough competetors, i will pair you off and you will both post 1 card of a type that will be announced for the particular round (it could be very general like an effect monster or very specific like a fire attribute fiend effect monster.) After both card in each 1v1 duel have been posted, i will grade the cards and announce the winner who will move on to the next round. This process will repeat untill there is only 1 winner.

No spamming

No flaming

No copying other peoples cards

You may use the same card used in a pervious round or other competition, but it must fit the announced chriteria of the current round.

3rd place: 1 rep

 

 

 

i will stop accepting enterences to this tournament when i have either 8, 16, or 32 competetors depending on how quickly people join.

ok then, i bid the 16 of you welcome to my competition.

 

Lets start things a bit easy. im getting bored of seeing super powerfull cards thrown into competitions thatt are only balanced cuz there like lvl 15 trillion epic ritual monsters. so, id like you to make me a lvl 1-4 effect monster. no ritual, no fusion, no syncro. just a flat, easy effect monster.

 

but, dont think your getting off that easy. your card will have to beat out one of the other competetors for you to move on to round 2, so make your card well.

 

This round ends on tuesday september 16th at 3 oclock Eastern United States time.

it may take me some time after that untill the results are posted tho, so please be patient

ok then, congradulations to the 5 of you who have made it through to this round.

 

for this round, ima make things a bit harder, as this round will determine who will face off in the finals.

 

I would like for you to make me a continuous trap card that is based upon the monster you posted for round 1. it can relate to the card in any way (ex. only activate when on the field) the more creative the better...to a point.

 

for this round, 2 people will be eliminated in 2 1v1 face offs. 1 person will get a free pass on, but they still have to post the card for the challenge, and it must be atleast a satisfactory card (up to par with what everyone else is doing) or else i will eliminate that person. the person who moves on automatically will be chosen randomly, and i will post the matchups in another spoiler in this post when i get the chance.

 

the end date of this round is saturday september 20th at 12 oclock noon U.S. Eastern Time.

 

oh and i will once again be giving a small prize to the person who posts my favorite card in this round (more inscentive for the auto pass card maker to keep up the good work)

ok then.

 

first of all, congradulations to The Legend of Rahim and OMGAKITTY for reaching the finals in this competitions.

 

these two fierce competitors will face off in one final duel to the death...well...not death anyway...but you get the idea.

 

ok so, since it is the final round, im going to let you guys go all out on each other.

 

you both may make any attribute, type, or lvl effect monster you like. like round 1 it is effect monsters only, but there are no longer any restrictions other than that. best card wins.

 

also id like to urge you to make a new card, and not use a card that you have used in another contest, but you will face no pently if you do use an old card.

 

also, there will be no additional prize this round for my favorite card because my favorite card will just win. lol

 

ok, so this round will end friday september 26th at 10 oclock pm U.S. eastern time.

 

if i do not have your cards in by then, you will be disqualified and your opponent will win.

ok, im going to wait for one more contestant, then ill start it up and make the final round a 1 v 1 v 1. anyone who has yet to pay please pay now.to the last two that have entered i know your name isnt on the list, i dont have time to update it now, ill probably do it tonight.

In shameless self promotion, I present Abandoned Machine, a card from my Outcast Thread (go visit now!).

This card can only be Summoned if there are no other Machine-Type monsters on the field. If a Machine-Type is Summoned while this card is on the field, the Machine-Type monster must target this card during the Battle Phase. If this card is targeted for attack, switch it into Defense Position. If your opponent sends a Winged-Beast or Beast-type monster to the Graveyard, place 1 Outcast Counter on this card. Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 800 for each Outcast Counter on this card. If you destroy a Winged-Beast or Beast-Type monster with this card, destroy this card.
