If "Toon World" is on your side of the field and your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. When "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy this card. When this card is Summoned, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower Toon Monster from your Deck to your hand.
