Effect is OP, cause you have no downside and in this game it is so easy to Special Summoned monsters from the hand. Pic is alright, but a little bland. Card Rating: 3.5/10 - OP is OP, and is intolerable. Plus Artist Credit is needed (such as link to image or Artist name), otherwise the thread will be locked by the Mod. Bare that in mind next time why deck?....I CANT DRAW THAT...
