[spoiler=Hex Seal of the Tempest's effect]This card can only be played on your opponent's side of the field. Select 1 Spell & Trap Card Zone on your opponent's side of the field and put this card on the selected Card Zone. As long as this card remains on the field, your opponent cannot play Spell or Trap cards that destroy Spell or Trap cards on the field.
