After the part where you fall, there will be a door at the bottom. Enter it and you will face Wolf. For Toon Link, replay "The Forrest" mission in Adventure Mode. There will be a floating mid-air door towards the beginning of the level. Enter it and you will face Toon Link. Both of these have to be done after you've completed Adventure Mode by defeating Tabuu.
