OCG errors (I'll list them here in the order I see them in your effect):

1 - "can", not "may".

2 - "1", not "one"

3 - "his/her field", not "his/her side of the field".

4 - "or hand", not "or their hand"

5 - "Deck", not "deck".

 

Pic is not that good, pretty bland. Effect isn't that balanced, seems OP since you don't have a downside.

 

Card Rating: 2/10 - even though your a friend, OP is OP and that cannot be tolerated. Plus too many OCG errors.

 

***UPDATE REVIEW***

OCG is good now, pic is not much better than before, effect seems more balanced but not sure, maybe still slightly OP.

 

Card Rating: 5/10 - OP is OP, and cannot be tolerated. Although it is small amount of OP, so not so bad.
