I have no idea what you are trying to say with your effect. The first half should go "This card can inflict direct damage on your opponent's Life Points"

And I have no idea what the second half means.

And that's overpowered...2700 Direct Damage every Battle Phase....-________-

Effect is more clear and understandable now

but the effect could be clearer for example:

 

"Once per turn during your battle phase if you tribute a monster who's level is 7 or more, then this card may attack your opponent directly."
