for Heal Angels effect:

"1 Fairy-Type Tuner monster" + 1 or more Fairy-Type non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can pay 500 Lif Points to look at your opponents hand. Then choose 1 monster and Summon it to their side of the feild. If you do so, draw 1 card. You cannot Normal Summon this turn if you use this effect.

 

For Doom Cryer:

"1 Fiend-Type Tuner monster" + 1 or more Fiend-Type non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to return 1 card on the feild to its owners hand. Then you can look at your opponents hand, select 1 card and discard it to the Graveyard.

These cards are overpowered. -_-

with this effect, you can just destroy the card you sent back to their hand, and then be able to see their hand. or, you can send the card back, and if it was face down then you are now able to see what it was, and then send something else. and then you had to add in the knight of jackal effect and make it even worse. so now you know their hand, and you give them a dead draw.

 

this card is extremely overpowered. 6/10

Now you can look at your opponent's hand. for free. that in itself is overpowered, as it defeats the element of surprise. then you can summon any monster to their side of the field, and draw a card. so you get a +1 for looking at their hand. basically the only downside is that they get a monster. it would have been fine until you added this last effect, which basically turned the only downside into a good side. when you attack a monster, you opponent takes half its ATK in damage.

 

this card is less overpowered than the first, but still overpowered. 7/10

 

combined total: 6.5/10

made ATK lower for Kale says they are overpowered.

apparently you dont read...

 

i will condense what i said two posts up.

 

the ATK doesnt matter. they could have an ATK of 0 for all i care. they would still be overpowered. and with the new ways of getting synchros quick, their effects would only be needed for one turn to see your opponent's hand.

 

that is what makes them overpowered, not their ATK. ATK is only used now for direct attacking, not combat. -_-

 

plus, you can protect them via threatening roar and such to keep their effects active, not even worrying about ATK...

how do you prupose i make them more balanced?

 

um.. on the first one, take out the dead draw effect. it would be more decent if it had a cost too, life point payment or discard... something like that. make it not free.

 

on the second, make it have a cost as well, then i would take out the last effect with the extra damage.

 

after that, you can return them to their original ATK. ^_^ they would be very balanced if their effects came with a cost...
