in my opinion, eliminate the part of neo spacian monster.. if you use elemental hero and destiny hero to summon this card, i don't think that i use neo spacian monsters in my deck.. :)

First of all the card is pretty cool in my opinion pic is original i haven't seen in before but it's pretty impossible to summon unless you happen to be really lucky. Effect could use a change because its pretty simple and OCG errors have it looked at by MCII in Kale's shop he'll fix it up. Final rating is 8.6/10
