This was a contest entry that I did. Will be changing the creators name to Immortal but thats about it. I won with these cards by default so didn't really get any feed back. Would be appreciated. Thanks.

I love that comic, Endling is so creative. =D

Anyways, love the cards, although I think some cropping or editing of the images so the names of the characters aren't on the card image would have been good.

hmm I remember brother checking up on a contest that had these, though yea these are good, comic is dark (not my cup of tea but good) and it takes some of the weirdest twists I seen on the fairy tale characters we grew up with. 4/5

Wow this is a memory jolter, I remember Soul Immortal was the only one who entered, although thats not bad its also surprising I mean I was expecting a little more contestants at the time (Yes this was his entry for a Ever After Contest I was hosting)

Very nice! A very sadistic twist to the nursery rhymes! (Perhaps they've reverted to the original Grimm's versions?)

0.o Wow, the pics actually suck, no offence, but they have words on them, and don't fit on the cards >_<

Dude please tell me you didn't just say what I thought you just said.. because finding even high quality pics that you just judge "Sucky" are hard to find on deviant art that actually contain a decent or any background, along with same for the character on pic, including being able to find very high quality pics of each character you currently you see as part of the list. Its also because the main character, Red of Endling's Ever After comic has a very high popularity compared to the other characters which don't get as many fan based Deviant Art works of say Hansel & Gretel.

 

Although true words and weird black lines are very much distribution to the pictures, they are also per-say "Weeds" as you can't pull out the "Weed" without damaging or most likely killing the "Flower". So if you were to say cut out the pic of say the Rosie card and/or use Clone Stamp... you have a very high chance of messing up the picture unless you had what the art looked like before the black lines + names were added.

 

I also must admit that its very hard to find superb or even moderately decent pics of the characters from Ever After since as already stated within the post, Red is the character most people want to draw/paint/model.
