Pic: Meh...It looks stretch out of proportion, and the gray background is boring... Effect: Overpowered...you wipe out half their Spell/Trap zones... Then, by Tributing a monster, I get to destroy 3 set S/T - an extremely unlikely scenario. To top it all, it's atrociously weak for its Level. Mobius > this.
