I just noticed that the Evil Heroes are almost the same as the Elemental Heroes, with slightly different effects. This one is a variant on Bubbleman! (obviously ^-^) Oh and D.D. Warrior, I thought about making his attack 1950, but the Hero cards are not exactly known for good attack strength, and I wanted to keep true to how they really are! Levels and ATK/DEF are used as balances. Changing one just so that the two match normal pairings is how a card becomes over-powered. ATK/DEF: Dictates how easily a card should destroy others or be destroyed.Levels: Dictate how difficult a card should be summoned taking everything else into account.
