Image Source Image SourceThis monster can only be summoned by the effect of "Cryo Freezer". As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you cannot summon any other monsters. This card cannot have Ice Counters placed on it. During your opponent's Standby Phase, he or she loses 100 Life Points for every Ice Counter on the field. Image SourceThis card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle by a monster with an Ice Counter on it. Once per turn, you can move 1 Ice Counter on your side of the field to another card with an Ice Counter on it. Increase the ATK of this card by 400 for every Ice Counter on it. Image Source Image SourceYou can only activate this card if "Cryo Freezer" is active. As long as "Cryo Freezer" remains face-up on the field, put 1 Ice Counter on this card during each of your End Phases. The ice queen is underpowered, make it's effect "During your Standby Phase, inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each Ice Counter on the field." Or something along those lines. G.
