Overpowered... and what grade are you in? It's "Warrior" and "Equipped". Goodness, get a dictionary or something. ^^

Anyway, if you want help, I'd be glad to help you. Here's what you need to fix (balancewise):

The fact that you can only use this card in a Warrior-Dragon encounter makes it very limited. However, if you did face a Dragon-Type Deck, and you were playing with a "Six Samurai" deck or something, then this card would give you an incredible advantage (though the possibility is very unlikely).

Remember that, even if there aren't any cards in your Graveyard, you can still remove them from play. That's technicality, you need to deal with it. I like your first bullet though, about the ATK increase. ^^

How about you have it only equipped to a Warrior-Type or [insert other type here]-Type Monster, and use the effect against any monster, as long as the equipped monster is in Attack Position, and its ATK is lower than the opposing monster, and your LP is lower than your opponent's. Following me so far? ^^ Then make one bullet the ATK increase bullet (and keep that 3-card discard from the top of your deck... that's a good one) you've already got, and make another one, say, by removing from play 5 cards in your graveyard you can add the equipped monster to your hand, but send the equip card to the Graveyard.

So I kinda rewrote the effect for you... try and phrase it your own way and I'll help correct OCG.

Thank you for sparing me that job N00B Hunter... but why the hell did you call yourself N00B Hunter if you offer help like that - to a very Noobish member? BTW i agree with your fix.

HUmm Intresting Image is from a game called Monster Hunter try to find Anime pics, all in all bad spelling mistakes and a few ocg errors and the 2000 Needs to be lowered maybe 1000 or 500 I'm not the one to say all depends on the rareness.

All you need to do is sort them out and a higher rate will be yours so far 4/10 (due to being your first Card)
