Letting you draw up to 10 cards, and an additional 3 cards when it is destroyed by a certain effect is plain overpowered. Pot of Greed is banned, i wonder what this card would be? Also, you should only be allowed to draw 1 card for every certian type of monster, perhaps. Maybe Warriors or Fiends, your choice. Either that, or he should have a drawback effect, like "When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, discard cards from your hand equal to the number you drew by this effect. If you cannot discard equal, pay Life Points equal to each card you were unable to discard x1000 points."
