I hope to do so in the form of quality cards. As a former Legendary Card Maker, I hope to bring a high standard to Custom Cards. A standard that I myself, have not been living up to, and for which, I apologize for. Note, this is a new card. Opinions such as overpowered and underpowered are welcome as long as a justified reason is provieded. Regular ratings for this card, are not welcome. I want opinions, but I dont want to see numbers. I think this is a good card. Though, I am aware that that is opinionated. I haven't made a good card in a while, so I may be a little rusty. I am not sure if its good or not. I love thunder types. :D Enjoy When your opponent activates the effect of a Spell Card that targets Spell/Trap Cards you control, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned this way, you can add 1 Spell Card you have removed from play to your hand. When this card declares an attack, you can remove from play 1 LIGHT or WATER monster from your Graveyard to halve the ATK and DEF of the attack target until the End Phase. Click the card for Credit. XDI'd like it better if it were return a Spell Card from the Graveyard...It's still excellent. OCG is flawless. 10/10 Yes, this place does need an infusion of quality...some of the stuff around here recently... -___________-The worst part is, it seems like most people would rather post on those cards instead.../rant. It has a person in it, but something about it just doesn't... click...The OCG is 100% (sorry for numbers...) PERFECT. You have a knack for OCG.I do think that it is underpowered. The effect is very good, but I think that the Monster should have a little higher ATK or DEF. The effect doesn't balance the low stats... Now that I read it again, it should have a higher DEF, not ATK. But that is my opinion. I won't use numbers, but I think you know what number/10 I would give this card... PS- 9!!!
