There are cards, such as Sage's Stone, that require her presence on the field, but none of those designate Dark Magicain Girl. (looked for cards that designate DMG) Sorry, there is one. Magic Formula. But that's it. So having that effect barely has a meaning. The other effect also won't help the card too much. There are monsters with even up to 2600 ATK and 6 stars, and Shining MG's effect won't bring her more up than 2400.Still, the pic of Shining MG is very cute; even tho I've seen it a thousand times already...
