Here it is though, let me know what you think: Effect: Once per turn, during your End Phase, if a monster on your side of the field was sent to the Graveyard during this turn, you can flip a coin. Heads- Special Summon 1 DARK Dragon-Type monster from your hand to the field ignoring Summoning conditions. Tails- Discard 1 card from your hand. If the discarded card was a monster, take Life Point damage equal to the monster's Level Stars x200. If the discarded card was a Spell or Trap Card, take 1000 points of damage. Keep the Circulation the way it is... adding an edition title ruins the quality of your card. Anyway, I'm sorry to say that this card wouldn't be very useful. Unless you stock a deck of primarily DARK Dragon-Types, then this card's Heads effect probably won't be very useful. Not only that, its "Tails" effect is not optional and you lose a whole bunch of LP... and it doesn't even have fair stats (especially for a lvl 7)!! There's no aggro, field control, or burn benefits from this card. "Dark Ion Dragon" sounds pretty cool, but even the name clashes. To Ionize an atom, you remove an electron, and this card places monsters on the field (the equivalent of adding and electron... which is not ionization last time i reviewed the subject). So change the name or effect to something more or less (unrespectively) related to ionization, and maybe make the stats a little higher. Like I said before, the name is awesome.
