With this card i wanna enter a contest,is it good enough???

When this monster is Summoned,increase your Life Points by 400 points for every card on the field. During each of your Standby Phase, increase your Life Points by 200 points for every card on the field. When this monster is attacked by an opponen's monster, you can pay any amount of your Life Points to increase this monster's ATK by the amount of Life Points paid until the end of the turn.

Rewrite the effect in this:
