This deck contains 44 cards, 22 of them being Monsters. Go with Benraino's suggestion and throw some Tuners in here, Synchros too, it looks like the deck could support them really well.

 

Aside from that, is Dark Magician for lulz, or am I missing something?

pretty much for luz and if i have got light and darkness dragon on the field with it my opponent will be getting pwned by dm and they cant do anything about it XD ol yer i need to sort out the numbers aswell. and blue toon is for trade in plus it can be searched via toon table so it gets skilled some spell counters.
