Your choice of effects and stats hardly portray the characters effectively.

im making them so that if they were in the real game that they would have legitimate effects. if u have any ideas please tell me but dont just leave a criticizing comment without telling me how to fix it.

heres a new one that I made this morning

First off, all the Knightmares are overpowered.

The Zero fusion card is completely overpowered and his ability has nothing to do with the show. (attack too high, you could deplete his deck very quickly with a reverse Burner type deck)

You made Lulu a Vanilla (should he even have such a high attack power?)

C.C. is okay at least.

Suzaku and Kallen are both overpowered because of both their base 1900 attack as well as their special effects. Suzaku has the potential of an instant value of 2400, 2900 if it is against a BK, completely overpowering any level 4 at beginning of the battle. And why the heck does he dwarf Kallen? She is just as powerful as he is.

And technically, geass Lulu is very overpowered. Target enemy creature, take over, tribute it and you got yourself a permanent monster while your opponent just lost one without any guff. His attack power is still too high.

Checkmate can be rather pointlessly overpowered because you only need 1 card and it destroys everything.

Your Sutherland is also way too strong. The effect makes no sense for a KMF that is mass produced.

The same can be said for Lancelot and Guren Nishiki. Those stats are closer in fact to the Lancelot Albion and Guren Seiten Hakyoukushiki, both which are the last in line to appear in Code Geass. They are way overpowered considering that even without their effects, they can still sweep the mainstream game. Imagine if you introduce the Lancelot Conquista and Guren Kashoushiki. Will they bust 5000 attack now!?! Did you also know that the Guren Nishiki's defensive power with the Radiation Wave Weapon series is higher than that of the Lancelot's defensive Shields?

The Gawain also makes absolutely no sense. With an attack power THAT high, that last counter will never be used so that it could abuse its attack spam. Essentially it is way too powerful.
