If this card is used for the Tribute Summon of a LIGHT monster, this card can be tributed for the full tribute cost. If this card is tributed, destroy 2 cards on the field. If you do, skip your next Draw Phase. If this card destroys an opponent's monster in battle, Special Summon 1 level 8 or lower Fairy-type monster from your hand, ignoring the Summoning conditions. Second part (destroy 2 cards) Uh...OP....especially since it isn't limited to monsters...if they only have 1 monster on the field, you could tribute, wipe out the monster, and nab one of his/her spell/traps too, and then summon up some buff LIGHT monster to do direct damage. Possibly make it skip your Battle Phase Third part (Destroying a monster) at 1600, it has decent ATK...it wouldn't be all that difficult to destroy a monster...and 8 stars is....a lot....If you keep this effect, make the monster 5+ star, and lower the Star limit to like....7 or under. Third is quite overpowered; exclude Nomi Fairies (i. e. Sky Scourge (can't remember, but it has Chaos Sorcerer's effect, Arcana Force EX - The Dark Ruler, Arcana Force EX - The Light Ruler). If newbies have a greater tendency to create ridiculously overpowered cards, then this forces me to deem said cards to be ridiculously overpowered.
