Dark Duelist2
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Water_Spirit Discuss. Try to explain why you think this card is good or bad. I have a feeling that some people will look at it and say it's bad without thinking about how it can be used.
Psycho Shocker Android
I am never going to antartica !!! I don't want this thing to chill me to the bone. Face it, it's bad. If you want a lv 1 tuner sinister sprocket is allure food plus it has an effect.

Dark Duelist2
Is this card treated as a Normal Monster? Can it be Special Summoned with Swing of Memories and other cards that let you Special Summon Normal Monsters?

ShinobiDark72
It's face is a strange combination between cute a creepy. Being a Tuner is usually good, but if said Tuner is also a level one Monster with no effect, it's bad. As stated, Sinister Sprocket does a better job as a level 1 Tuner. Guest PikaPerson01
There are better level one tuners. All this guy gets is Vanilla Support. ("Oh! Look at me! I have Limit Reverse, Graceful Revival, Birthright, AND Swing of Memories! In your face Sprocket!") Quick Question!: Water Spirit + Legendary Ocean = Level 0 Tuner!?!? 0_0
GenzoTheHarpist
Yup. So you only need the non-tuners to get the levels right.
Aximil
Yeah. I end up with Level 0 monsters against my friends all the time. It's a Wetland Deck. And, asterr259, I opened ONE pack and got FOUR of those things. Anyways, I haven't seen Sinister Sprocket yet. But, I do think this an okay card. Not one I like using. But, I will if I need to. Protoman
Trurthfully it is a very good card if kept in your hand. or if you have gravity bind. this card allows you to bring out most if not all syncros. considering people always need at least one more star. Kale
Note; I skipped to the bottom for my response, things posted here may be repetitive from the top. No matter how "bad" this card is, all cards have uses. I saw a few posts up that this can be special summoned from the graveyard with swing. This is true, and it makes all the difference on what you may want to do. Summon CyDra, then this monster. Synchro --> Goyo. Not too bad for first move. Swing --> Synchro --> Black Rose Dragon. If you are getting tired of thefield, just blow it up with swing of memories, basically. If you dont do that, then you can again use a 2nd swing to get a level 8 Synchro. This card has potential, and it comes from the variety to choose. Most tuners are effect monsters, so the only way to get them back effectively is Limit Reverse and sometimes that dosnt work. If someone took the time to build a normal monster tuner deck, I bet it could be good with all the draw and summon power they have. Dont assume this is card is bad because sinister sproket is an effect monster. It can only be used effectively once with out limit reverse, which is kinds slow to wait for. Guest PikaPerson01
No matter how "bad" this card is' date=' all cards have uses.[/quote'] Just because a card can be used, doesn't mean it should be used. After all, you could use Two Pronged Attack and 2x Wildheart to 1-1 your opponent, or you could just main Fissure or Smashing Ground.
Exiro
It's not good by itself, but it's got support from all directions. Normal Monster Support.LV1 Support.Swampy Grasslands. That's a lot of support, but I think how good the card is on it's own is more important. It'll most likely be a dead card, so I wouldn't run it.It's alright in fun play, though. werewolfjedi
the fact its a tuner makes all that normal bring back into a very good idea for syncro summoning where you discard this card for something like the tricky, bring it back with swing, syncro them, and you still have your normal summon for the turn. are there any level 9 syncros? cyrda+tricky+this guy gets it as a first turn possible. the bigger question is, do you have to be exact on the level for tuners to work? if not, FIND A LEVEL 4 norm tuner, which will likely have some good stats/ better than this, and use that instead. it all matters on that one rule. Wuu.
now tuners have to be weak and low-stared because else it would be to easy for that tuner to be turned into a synchro..and if you have some good tactic it's a nice card...believe me i got that card and it's good to use
