They are both slightly OP and the second pic is blurry a bit. OCG is pretty solid though. 7.5/10

OCG: 1st one I see no glaring errors, maybe a couple of nit-picking type errors. 2nd one I'm not sure whether or not the last effect is worded right, but I can't offer help on it since I don't know how to word it if it isn't. Plus you only need to put 1 '?' for the ATK and DEF.

 

Pics: 1st one has no background, which makes it a bit dull. 2nd one is blurry, which spoils it a bit.

 

Effects: 1st one's effect is just a powered up version of Cyber Dragon's effect, which does seem a bit lazy on your part. But since I suppose it's meant to work with Cyber Dragon, so it's balanced and ok. 2nd one is balanced but is not really effective, since it's ATK and DEF starts off so low, you will take massive damage while waiting for the card to gain enough power to be effective - maybe it's original ATK and DEF is 600 per Tribute instead.

 

Card Ratings: 7/10 - lacks real imagination, but is (I suppose) designed as an upgrade to Cyber Dragon, although if it is gonna be a Cyber Dragon upgrade it really should be Silver, 6/10 - Effectiveness is questionable unless you Tribute 4 or 5 Monsters (and that's at a push).

the 1 card has a backgroudn, i don't know why you don't see it... ;)

i know that no more imagination, i would only make an upgrade for cyber dragons.. if you want to see a very imagination set of mine, see "plant type monsters and seed counters", "egyptian gods", "rock warriors" or "thunder monsters"! :)

Also you're right to little power hydra.. i will change it! thanks for counsil! :)

The OCG is good in capitals and stuff, its just the way you've worded it is a bit bad.
