Spiff! Posted September 12, 2008 Report Share Posted September 12, 2008 i have expanded on Glacial Plains and made Glacial monsters whose effects tie with being treated as ICE monsters. Effect:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.This card cannot be Special summoned except by removing 10 Ice Counters from the field and Releasing 1 ICE monster you control.While this card is treated as an ICE-Attribute monster,during each of your Standby phases,place 1 Ice Counter on every monster on the field.Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each Ice Counter on the field.Once per turn,you may remove all Icce Counters from the Field to destroy all Spell and Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field.If you activate this effect,decrease the ATK of all ICE monsters you control by 400 until the End Phase.
