Most GB control decks don't even contain tuners in their main deck. They usually side in X-Saber Airbellum and Rescue Cat for their Synchro needs. They should be getting a boost in their tier listing now that Japan is getting Test Tiger and the banning of Arms Hole, Premature Burial, Disk Commander, and DMoC has significantly altered Teleport-Dragon decks. They can't abuse that frozen dragon of the ice realm (forgot it's name) with Arms Hole, Premature Burial, and Disk Commander anymore so there's a lot changes going on in their metagame.
