Your OCG could use work, probably the errors he means, as in, finding the actual text for trample cards, and say something simpler like, 'Monsters this card attacks aren't destroyed.' and snce you're giving it trample, and easy down to the field, the 500 per 'overpowering their monster' isn't really needed. The spell would have to change as well, but that can be easily changed to just, 'Monsters that battle with Megatron are destroyed after damage calculation.' that way, you could also suicide leaving more strategies.
