Now Presenting: Burning Chasm, By Frlf.

 

 

Effect:

You may only activate this card when your opponent Normal Summons a monster on his/her side of the field. Whenever your opponent activates a Spell Card in his/her Standby Phase or his/her Main Phase 1, send that card to its owners' hand. If you do so, this card is sent to your hand. Whenever you Summon a monster, discard 1 card or pay 500 Life Points. If this card is going to be destroyed by the effect of a monster, you gain 500 Life Points.

...Bloodrun's havin' a fitful of praise for this card, yet I don't see anythin' powerful from it... just some Goblin Out of Frying Pan-esque effect.

Fairly good OCG.

Pic has a holo, increasing its sweetness.

Original card, giving out a new exciting way to play.

Its balanced, because your opponent mainly won't summon any spell card and you'll need to discard a card when you summon monsters or lose 500 Life Points, that in many cases, spell cards is mainly done, but still kinda underpowered, so you gain 500 Life Points at the end.

 

So in my opinion, thats what makes the card special :P.

lol i did find one OCG error which could go either way..."Whenever you Summon a monster, discard 1 hand or pay 500 Life Points."

 

Shouldn't it either be "discard your hand" or were you trying to say "discard 1 card" ? that and "StandBy" should be "Standby" but thats the only two mistakes i saw ^_^ good card
