6 star brain control that doesn't have a life point cost...

There should be a bigger cost then just discarding 1 card because unlike brain control you can use this effect each turn so that makes it unbalanced. The second effect is nice, however, unbalances the card even further.

I think anyone who has used Psychic monsters would want a card like Hypnotic Flowers but there was a reason why they have that equip card that does the same thing and that's for balancing purposes. You also broke the rule of Psychics, which is to have a cost involved in having such an effect. Personally, I would take out the burn damage because that's unfair and have some sort of maintenance cost attached to it. Now granted I would love to have a continuous spell/field spell that makes psychics immune to the costs but there has to be checks and balances involved with that. Otherwise slap down Destructron and you got free Spell/Trap destruction.

Cards are not balanced at all man. You have to be blind not to see the potential of stealing an opponent monster each turn. There is a reason why Brain Control was limited to 1 for a 1 Tribute monster. Discarding 1 Psychic-Type monster for stealing 1 monster is not a heavy cost at all and the fact that you can get 1 of them back when this card is destroyed doesn't balance things out at all. It's a nice idea to get it back but there's no way to negate the effect unless you have divine wrath or war chariot and those two cards are used in very specific decks.

Hypnotic Flowers having no drawback to it is also ridiculous for the reasons I've stated before. I'm not saying it's broken because Psychic Decks have no real means of competing with the current metagame but the effects of Psychics are really good but for an appropriate costs. Throw down destructron for free s/t removal or through down krebons and stall out until you draw into something good. There's a reason why the card that does something similar is an equip card because it only works for 1 Psychic-Type monster.

Pretty cool cards, I like the pictures, the OCG is good, and their effects are alright.

Killey is sort of right though, there is a potential for destroying an opponents monster each turn by the monsters effect.

but thats ok, I would use that card!

8.5/10

edit: I read it wrong, "taking control of opponent's monster" not "destroying" ^
