This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Ocean Dance Ritual". As long as this card is face-up on your field, all WATER monsters you control gain 400 ATK and DEF Points (excluding this card). If you control 1 or more WATER monsters, your opponent can only select this monster as an attack target.
