This card cannot be Set. If this card is Normal Summoned, switch it to your opponent's control. When this card is Summoned, the player who does not control it gains 100 Life Points for each Spell card in both Graveyards. The player who does not control this card must also switch all of his/her monsters in face up Defense Position (negating any Flip Effects). When this card destroys a monster by battle, the player who does not control this card can draw 1 card from his/her Deck and discard 1 card from his/her hand. When this card is destroyed, the controller can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon it to their opponent's field. If this card is Special Summoned by this effect, it's ATK is halved until the End Phase of the turn it was Summoned.

Your thoughts matter....just not to me. ;)

"the player who does not control this card" is restated a lot. It's actually possible to replace all of those instances with "your opponent" since while this card is on your opponent's side of the field, "the person who does not control this card" is treated as "the opponent" of that card. It could make the effect look a lot less cluttered.

As far as the card itself, it seems like a whole lot of trouble, giving your opponent a big monster that tries to compensate for 2600 ATK with a lot of psuedo-negative effects. Most players would appreciate being given free Tribute bait.

Other than that, I could see it being used in its hilarity with Remove Brainwashing, so you can freely Normal Summon a 2600 ATK monster. Or just use the classic Skill Drain. >_>

Either way, it looks alright. A lot of downsides for its obvious upside, but I could see it being used in some odd kinds of decks.

7/10.
