card with uniquie, interesting effect, please R/F

this is my second card i would like to show and has a preaty complicated effect and in my opinoin, a very interesting effect. and like usual, needs an OCG fix.

EFFECT

"This card can only be destroyed by battle with spellcaster,Physic, and Fairy type monsters (Damage calculation applied normaly). This card cannot attack. When this card is summond sucsecfuly, pay any ammount of 200 life points to place 1 counter on this card for every set of 200 life points paid. On each of your standby phases, this card gains 1 Counter for every card on your opponent's side of the field. Whenever a player draws a card outside of the draw phase, place 1 counter on this card. Once per turn, during your battle phase, if this card is in Attack position, remove any # of counters to destroy a monster on your opponent's side of the field whose attack is equal to the # of counters removed x400."

 

(dont as why he's a dwarf archer, he just is)

 

what do you think? it might take a while to sink in, should i change its rairity? If you like this i have a whole set of these dwarves.

Wow. So many errors. (OCG and just plain spelling...)

You need to specify what kind of counter it is.... (ie, it could be a Dwarf Counter)

Eh...possible OP...

Depends on what kind of deck you're dealing with. This guy could potentially sit in Defense Position and rack up counters and wipe out your opponent's strong monsters...idk.

 

But work on OCG. please.
