Activate only if you control a face-up LIGHT Dragon-Type monster and a face-up DARK Dragon-Type monster. Pay 1200 Life Points and Tribute 1 LIGHT Dragon-Type monster and 1 DARK Dragon-Type monster to Special Summon 1 "Light and Darkness Dragon", "Blue-Eyes White Dragon", or "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard, ignoring the summoning conditions. Your opponent's Spell, Trap, and Effect Monster effects cannot target the Special Summoned monster this turn.
