My left arm

My right arm (twice, once on purpose)

My left leg

My back has a very big scar on it. I'd rather not talk about it.

I once dropped my phone in water, to see if it would float and it did.

I took it out and called my friend to tell him.

Then It fell down a stairway and broke.

Mah speekerz

Mah N64

and when I was typing, my lamp burnt out....

Things don't just "break" for no reason.

Its usually how the user handles the items.

DVD players and Recorders, while they are a little more tempermental, are still difficult to break if you treat them properly. Not slamming parts around or trying to make the devices move faster.

Computers and Gaming systems I already know how those are broken. You get p****ed at the game, slam the remotes around, slam the game around, smack the system when it starts operating funny, and all that good stuff, same with the computer, kicking the tower, or smashing your hands into the keyboard, tossing the mouse around.

Technology doesn't just break for no reason, its how the person handles the technology.

I agree with Kizzi. Getting out-of-date technology isn't going to help your situation any, especially if its been refurbished. Refurbished systems, or "technology" in general, only has an average life span of maybe 2 years. Refurbished is just that, it was broken, parts were replaced and then it was placed back on the shelves to be sold at a discounted price. The system that is refurbished isn't going to last very long (generally because it has already exceeded or met its normal lifespan), so the extra year or two you might get out of it, is really all its capable of doing.

LEARN how to use your system, technology, etc. To elaborate off of Kizzi's post, if you don't know how to operate the d*** thing, obviously its not going to last very long. Always read the instruction and operators manuals before doing ANYTHING with them. It will save a lot of undue stress and prevent you from possibly seriously damaging the unit before you even get to use it, which would, in turn, shorten the unit's lifespan by approximately 6 months every time you incorrectly operate it.

This guy basically said what I said, except he said it better.

Oh, and bold: Unless you're already smart enough to be able to correctly use a computer/phone/console/etc.

How did it get fixed? That'll help you next time. I mean some stuff (eg. advanced scripting errors, could be excused), but with easier stuff it's always possible to learn from your mistakes. Oh, unless you're stupid by nature. And you don't seem like you are.

Oh. That falls under this:

I just noticed the

part of the original post.

Get better technology. And learn how to use it.
