Card Lore: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-tuner Monsters
This card gets these effects, based on the number of Aqua-type monsters you control.
- 1+ This card gains 100 ATK form each card in your hand.
- 2+ Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can draw 1 card.
- 3+ Once per turn you can return 1 Spell or Trap card on the field to its owners hand.
- 4+ Once per turn you can return 1 level 4 or lower monster on the field to its owners hand.

Nothing against the card itself, but "Aquarius the Aquatic" is kind of redundant sounding. I see the attempt at alliteration-by-vowel, but I guess we already have "Aquarian Alessa" so what's the harm?

As far as the card itself, it's appreciated, as the Aqua type needs a kick up. Reading down the effects, though, it's not amazing. I would quickly pull it out to abuse the first effect for a free draw, but really that's about it. The 2 and 3 effect almost constitute being placed above the draw effect as far as order. When you have this and 4 Aqua-type monsters (i.e. a full monster field) you're rewarded with being able to bounce 1 weak face-up monster? What level 4 or lower monster could seriously stand up to this (buffed with its own effect) and 4 other Aqua-type monsters? Spirit Reaper and Marshmallon and related monsters are about the only things I could see this being useful for. Drawing is very vital in this game, so I think it could be moved down to the 2+ effect, switched by moving the ATK gain to the 1+ effect. The S/T bounce is good, though I think it could be better. It's balanced in the sense that you're going to want to push for an OTK with 4 monsters, so pushing off a monster and a S/T is the last thing you should have to do to finish the game.

I like what you tried to do, and it seems balanced with the swarm that it promotes. Aqua Spirits ahoy.

8/10.

Thanks. I based the name off of the origanal image name. If you want I'll change the drawing effect to 2+ and maybe the S+T effect to 5+. Just tell me.
