Letter to the Community

Every once in a while i'll have a Letter to the Community, something to give you a good read, lighten you up, give me a sense of pride and boost up my ego. This is extremely random and may contain inappropriate references, terms and words because i never obliged by that rule nor will the Letter be epic if i did. If you find it inappropriate then i don't care, sheet happens and people deal with it. If you like this a rep is a must if you read this, it's like a payment ;D

 

We start with people bi---ing about spam and that many topics should be sent to the Games section - yes J-Max this is you so wipe the dumb smile of your face and continue reading - to avoid spammers from increasing their post count. First, most spam is generated from the Custom Cards Section. The General section hardly contains spam, rants are there but i wouldn't call them spam. Also yes sarcasm is there and to a lot they're considered spam but they aren't, just because someone is too dumb to see the sense of humor in it or how it's related in a way doesn't mean it's spam. Also what's with all the threads being moved to the Games Section, anyone who supports that is a fool. The Games Section isn't for moving "spam" topics there but for people to put their games so they as well as other members have a fun time playing a friendly forum game, if you look at it all of the games are pointless in a way so the banning of games such as "count to 100" or something else. All games are spam and to point out some more and say their more "spamish" is shocking.

 

Anyway leaving that we go into the YCM's toolbar, it's got tons of potential and it's a really powerful babe, plus it's free and small it really isn't a problem for anyone to get. It may change your homepage cause it did change mine (Google) but i didn't really care. If this is a problem to you guys then i'm sorry but you can always change it back. Plus you can easily access the Forums Mainpage, Main Section and the Realistic Cards, TCG, Showcase and General. Other then the fact it helps you move about the site it's has the YCM's Message's which has turn into a really disturbing place where certain members tend to abuse it by harassing each other hidden under someone else's name, mainly YCMaker. There's also the Chatroom which really needs activity and also the E-Mail notifier, a really nice tool which alerts you when you receive E-Mails for more then one account, it's really easy and simple to configure yet it's really strong. We also have The Weather Forecast tool is also a cool and helpful tool as well. Now we come to the radio, i recently figured out how to make a playlist so now i'm going to make a project. All you have to do is give me names for songs to add them into YCM's Official playlist and if the songs are accepted you get 5 points per songs.

 

Now, i want to take a minute or a few seconds at least to just remember when we first joined and got a warm lubly glasstin welcome. I remember when i first joined that i got helped by Vain and glasstin. Vain was the rough one but glasstin was really kind, pointing out one's mistakes without screaming at them, no one was like glasstin and instinct, they were friendly and helpful in every meaning of the word. The man deserves to be a mod more then anyone chosen, heck in my eyes and many others he deserves it even more then Salty [sorreh =( ]. The stuff glasstin did to everyone are too much to be mentioned in here but that doesn't mean we forgot them. Nonetheless i salute the great lubly soldier for leaving, it was the most honorable thing a man could do, i'm not shocked he left, everyone including DJ Osiris and me saw in him the makings of a sexeh moderater who could kill the corruption and bring the lost order, justice and lust to the broken land of YCM. In memory of this great war hero i will sign of my thread in a fishy way, funkeh fishy way ;D

 

Although this has lacked major lulz don't worry, the posts will contain major lulz ;D Anyway, your opinions on the topics brought up and how awesome glasstin was are the only thing expected from you, oh and songs for the playlist =)

Yes it's because of complaints of that type that I had to add those few notes about the Games section and move 1 thread. Note the 1, it's all I did.=/

Also, I fully support sarcasm, but the spammy posts I saw were not like that. I mean, are some people really so obsessed with their post count that they have to make posts consisting of just "lolx" and such to raise it?=/

But anyway, complaints of that type should be PMed to the moderators.
