Static Posted September 19, 2008 Report Share Posted September 19, 2008 This movie is anti-stereotype if anything. It actually promotes thinking for yourself unignorantly. The parents, elders, assume that the carnivors are evil and mindless because its what they are used to, and that's the way people are when they get older. The kids are willing to see things with an open mind, because they have nothing to fear and see little to lose. They realize that there are exceptions to the mindless stereotyping of the older dinosaurs, and give off the impression that assuming such things is the real mindless act.
