"This card can only be equipped to DARK monsters, and can only be activated by releasing (sending) 2 cards under your control to the graveyard and shuffling your deck. The equipped monster gains 1000 ATK and 1000 DEF. When the equipped monster is destroyed (and sent to the graveyard), inflict 1000 damage to your opponent."

Minor changes necessary, but otherwise pretty good. The stuff in parenthesis is a suggestion, not necessary for the card (because if it were left worded without, the monster could just be destroyed and removed from play, or something like that.

The card in itself is somewhat practical, and seems like it'd be pretty decent in a DARK deck. Otherwise, the drawback of sending 2 other cards in your control may be a bit steep, consider 1 card and decrease the power increase (especially to the DEF of the equipped) to about +500 DEF or even no increase to the DEF at all.

That said... I'd say this rates about a... 7/10. Good work on it.

To edit what Nekoyuki put:

If a card is destroyed, it's going to the Graveyard. If it's removed from play, then the effect will say that instead of destroyed.

Sounded good at the time, XD. Now that I read it over, it does seem kind of dumb...
