Delta Guardian Posted September 18, 2008 Report Share Posted September 18, 2008 dang man seriously the Level is way to fricken high, OCG definatly needs improving and at least the artist credit is on the pic but its not really good 2 have it on there also effect is definatly overpowered. Correct OCG: "This card can only be Summoned by the Effect of "Rising Dragon Power". This card gains 1500 ATK for every Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard.
