When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 FIRE Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard and activate 1 of the following effects. -:Destroy 1 FIRE Dragon-Type monster you control and inflict damage to both players equal to the attack of the destroyed monster. -:Select 1 random card from your opponent's hand and send it to the Graveyard, if the card sent to the Graveyard by this effect was an Effect Monster, you take damage equal to the ATK of that monster. Fits the name though. Now let's move on to the next part, OCG. What if it is Set? Does it just not get that effect? I can see some combo's with Darkworld. Now I have to say, for 2 tributes, it's marginally oped.
