Don't be afraid, it's just the queen of all vampires, and some other not-so-friendly monsters.

When this card attacks an opponent's monster, except the selected monster, if the attack target's Level is equal to the selected monster's Level, this card gains 300 ATK at the end of the Damage Step. If the selected monster is removed from the field, destroy this card.[/align]

You can Tribute 1 other Zombie-Type monster to activate 1 of these effects based on the Tributed monster's Level: ● Level 3 or lower: Special Summon 1 "Vampire Token" (Zombie-Type/ DARK/ Level 3/ ATK 1200/ DEF 600). If a Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard would be removed from play, destroy 1 "Vampire Token" instead. ● Level 4 to Level 6: Take control of 1 face-up Level 6 or lower non-Zombie-Type monster your opponent controls, until the End Phase. ● Level 7 or higher: Remove from play 1 non-Zombie-Type monster your opponent controls. Cyber Hunter's effect is weird/weirdly worded

Cyber Hunter's effect sounds horribly situational. In the vast majority of cases, I would rather have a Summoned Skull out. At least Summoned Skull doesn't protect the opponent's monsters and self-destruct.

 

Destro, Forgotten Warrior of Darkness is ridiculously overpowered, just like Dimension Fusion and Return from the Different Dimension. Are you TRYING to bring back Dark Return OTK decks?

 

Neo-Magic Android is fine.

 

Sky Dragon of Crimson Winds lets you look at your opponent's hand, discard any three cards from it that you choose, and then inflict massive damage. Forcing the opponent to draw cards is easy, especially with Hand Destructions. Sure looks overpowered; there's a reason that Confiscation deserves to remain banned.

 

Vampire Queen Victoria is difficult to judge for balance, especially since we've never had anything close to a Level 12 Synchro before. However, the fact that it has a Vortex effect along with a 4000 ATK body is questionable, to say the least.
