[spoiler=[b]Effect[/b]]Every 3 turns, you can select 1 Dragon-Type monster your opponent controls and equip it to this card. The selected monster card is treated as an Equip Spell Card. Remove the selected card from play on the 2nd End Phase after it was equipped to this card. If this card is equipped with an Equip Spell Card, it cannot attack.

As for Draconian Head Hunter, its a Photobucket grab, so the original artist was impossible to find.

Not bad, I like the pictures, the OCG/grammar is decent, and the effect of the second card is pretty intersting.

 

The first one is overpowered though, raise the life point cost a bit, like to 1000 or something, especially becasue it is only a 6 star monster.

 

Also take out "for 3 turns" on the second card, I think this effect should only be used once.
