Did you make this thread for me Willieh?

Answer: In time, all good things must be laid to rest.

While I still love to listen to OSDM, I know that there time has come and they have left their mark on the metal industry. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't be acknowledged for their lengthy acomplishments. All Hail OSDM!

I guess Gargle isnt as popular anymore :?

but meh' date=' who am I to say... My taste in music is really, Island music which happens to be few and far between

[/quote']

I'm not talking about the style of music; I'm talking about the personality. Even Kiss cared about it's fans, ffs.

^^ Keenan gets life, obviously. He knows whats good.

Ozzy was always junk, from beginning to end, period.

But bands that cared about their fans? That's not just metal losing that, thats almost every genre of music, as someone above me said, they went "Mainstream."

Underground rap was always better than mainstream junk, though I think that with metal, it will make little difference, as the meanings and sounds are much less varied in metal.
