Ultimate Ryan
[align=center]The Daivari monsters will focus on the Nonactive Position, a position in which only monsters with an effect after " As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects." in their card text, it cant attack or change position normally without a card effect or activate any effects before that sentence. Nonactive Position is shown by having a card being face-up diagnol. And it is treated as if it isnt there, but it does count toward your 5 monster limit (if a all monsters you control are in Nonactive Position then your opponent could attack directly and spirit barrier would NOT work on Nonactive position cards). Unless otherwise stated all image credit goes to laverinne or DeviantArt, great art laverinne! So without further adieu the Daivari set! Daivari Dreamer, AxeliaYou can pay 300 Life Points to switch this card to Nonactive Position. As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects. Ultimate Ryan
oh yeah let me add that, it cant attack or change position normally without a card effect, or activate any effects before that sentence.

JG.
Cool. Ive heard of new subtypes but you're the first person i know to make a new position! 9/
Ultimate Ryan
well originally it was going to be a subtype, but this made it more smooth with the effects.
Parting Shot
Interesting idea, though I'm not sure how practical it is :P. As long as you make plenty of support for it, though, it whould be fine ^_^. How exactly do you know if a card is in Inactive Position just by looking at it, jw? Also, if one in Inactive Position is attacked, do you use the ATK or DEF for damage calculation? Lol, nit-picky questions, I know, that's just how I am :P overall - 13.34/13.69 ^_^

You used thgem to create the same position I did.

Skyson
Sad face, I made a set of cards that used a diagonal position for their own effects. It was more of a blender concept, but it wasn't anything like this. Inactive Position sounds a bit better than Nonactive Position, in my opinion. The effect concept is great, but sounds hilarious. "Monsters that have effects when they're not counted as monsters." So, Skill Drain vs. a Nonactive Position monster = ? Very interesting stuff, I'm glad you're back. 8/10.
Ultimate Ryan
no there counted as monsters just counted as if there not there, and skill drain would win on all effects except the effect to get them in and out of Nonactive Position. Zeroshot
So nonactive position is a week defense position? Can monsters attack through nonactive position monsters?seems pretty useless to me....
Skyson
I still think Inactive sounds cooler than Nonactive. Tanks for clarifying, though. =O
Ultimate Ryan
eh I like Nonactive and to secretagentman if you mean the apparition monsters these are not sub types, these have effects that activate only in the Position, and with some spells and traps any monster can be switched to this position, you cannot claim that kinda of effect -_-

Skyson
Oshria is rather odd. Swarming out the field, then finally "Activing" itself when you have three, and a really odd condition for your opponent to stick it to the field. I like the obscurity, but I've yet to see a strong card that could connect this theme. I'll wait for it. `-` 7/
