[align=center]The Daivari monsters will focus on the Nonactive Position, a position in which only monsters with an effect after " As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects." in their card text, it cant attack or change position normally without a card effect or activate any effects before that sentence. Nonactive Position is shown by having a card being face-up diagnol. And it is treated as if it isnt there, but it does count toward your 5 monster limit (if a all monsters you control are in Nonactive Position then your opponent could attack directly and spirit barrier would NOT work on Nonactive position cards). Unless otherwise stated all image credit goes to laverinne or DeviantArt, great art laverinne! So without further adieu the Daivari set!

Daivari Dreamer, Axelia

You can pay 300 Life Points to switch this card to Nonactive Position. As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects. Whenever you take 3000 or more damage during an opponent's Battle Phase add 1 Normal Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. During your Standby Phase you can reveal any number of cards in your hand to your opponent, increase your Life Points by 500 for every card revealed by this effect. Your opponent can pay 1200 Life Points to switch this card into face-up Attack Position.

Daivari Lover, Oshria

You can discard 1 card to switch this card to Nonactive Position. As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects. Once per turn you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 "Daivari" monster from your hand. If 3 or more "Daivari" monsters (except this card) are face-up on the field, switch this card to Defense Position. Your opponent can discard 1 card and send 1 Trap Card from their Deck to their Graveyard to switch this card into face-up Attack Position.

Daivari Violinist, Andrea

You can increase your opponent's Life Points by 2000 to switch this card to Nonactive Position. As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects. All face-up "Daivari" monsers (except "Daivari Violinist, Andrea") gain 500 ATK and DEF. Once per turn you can switch the position of 1 "Daivari" monster you control (except "Daivari Violinist, Andrea") between Nonactive and Attack Position. Your opponent can decrease they're Life Points by 2500 to switch this card into face-up Attack Position.

Daivari Beauty, Erin

This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 "Daivari" monsters you control or by Tributing 1 "Daivari" monster you control in Nonactive position. You Tribute 1 "Daivari" monster you control to switch this card to Nonactive Position. As long as this card remains in Nonactive Position it gains the following effects. This card can declare an attack and be selected as an attack target. This card gains 300 ATK for every face-up "Daivari" monster that is not in Nonactive position. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle it is placed on the bottom or top of their Deck (they choose). Your opponent can Tribute 2 Monster Cards they control to switch this card into face-up Attack Position.

Interesting idea, though I'm not sure how practical it is :P. As long as you make plenty of support for it, though, it whould be fine ^_^. How exactly do you know if a card is in Inactive Position just by looking at it, jw? Also, if one in Inactive Position is attacked, do you use the ATK or DEF for damage calculation? Lol, nit-picky questions, I know, that's just how I am :P

overall - 13.34/13.69 ^_^

UR, I made that idea. You cannot claim ownership... unless you credit me. I made the X Monsters. You used thgem to create the same position I did.

Sad face, I made a set of cards that used a diagonal position for their own effects. It was more of a blender concept, but it wasn't anything like this.

Inactive Position sounds a bit better than Nonactive Position, in my opinion.

The effect concept is great, but sounds hilarious. "Monsters that have effects when they're not counted as monsters."

So, Skill Drain vs. a Nonactive Position monster = ?

Very interesting stuff, I'm glad you're back.

8/10.

Oshria is rather odd. Swarming out the field, then finally "Activing" itself when you have three, and a really odd condition for your opponent to stick it to the field.

I like the obscurity, but I've yet to see a strong card that could connect this theme. I'll wait for it. `-`
