Yo.

Kale's format. Credit to him...I guess.

My set isn't catching on, so eventually I'll be releasing those in 3s and 4s as per a certain someone's advice. Until then, I have a new pic provider. ^_^

When this card is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special Summoned, place 8 Moon Counters (max. 8) on each player's Field Spell Zone and move this card to your Field Spell Zone. Each time a card is sent to either player's Graveyard, remove 1 Moon Counter from that player's Field Spell Zone. When a card is Set on either side of the field, add 1 Moon Counter to that player's Field Spell Zone. While either player has 0 Moon Counters in their Field Spell Zone, they cannot Normal Summon or Special Summon any monsters to their side of the field. While either player has 8 Moon Counters in their Field Spell Zone, they gain 1000 LP during each of their Standby Phases. If this card is destroyed, remove all Moon Counters from the field.

I unintentionally laughed at the (max smiley face) amount of Moon Counters. It threw me off.

"move this card to your Field Spell Zone." IIRC it's "Field Spell Card Zone" but I could be wrong.

If you move it to your Field Zone, does it still count as a monster? Could you just attack it with its 0/0 stats and kill it to end all the Moon Counter effects?

If not, you could probably say something about what happens to it when it just decides to mysteriously move to your Field Spell Zone a la Crystal Beast without becoming a Spell Card or anything.

The Moon Counter effect is very unique, I like it. The conditions for keeping them on the field is just weird. I think you could take the effect about the card itself moving to your Field Spell Zone and just send it to the Graveyard to activate the Moon Counter effect. I don't know how you'd add a clause to end the Moon Counter effect since its effect currently gets rid of the counters when "it leaves the field" which looks like something terribly easy to do, just attack it with anything.. unless there's some clause about monsters in the Field Spell Zone being immune to destruction by battle. <_<

A good concept, a bit hazy on how it would work.

7/10.
