Something that has never been made before. Like, using the same pic as another card you actually saw is UN-ORIGINAL. This goes the same for Effects and Names. Copying the effect off a Yugioh Card or a card made by a Member is UN-ORIGINAL.

If something is Original, It hasn't been Discussed or Made before.

I'll elaborate a little further regarding terminology that was asked before:

Meta is short for Metagame and is a term used to describe the current competitive scene of a game. Basically, for Yugioh the metagame describes what decks are winning recent tournaments and goes into detail about the best monsters, traps, and spells that are currently being used as well as ways to combat against popular trends in tournaments.

GB is the abbreviation for Gladiator Beast, which is currently the best Deck in the North American Yugioh metagame. They are a theme of a beast, beast-warrior, winged-beast monsters that have the unique ability of being sent back into the deck to special summon a different gladiator beast monster after doing battle. After being special summoned in this manner the effect of the gladiator is activated. The effects are toolbox in nature meaning they have a variety of effects that deal with just about any situation you are presented with. The biggest thing about Gladiator Beasts is that they have the ability to contact fuse like Neos Fusions, however, they don't return to the Extra Deck at the End Phase like Neos Fusions. Their fusions have effects such as destroying 2 cards or being able to negate any spell or trap by discarding a card. They go off surprisingly fast and can make comebacks quite easily.

actually in the current meta it would see quite a bit of play' date=' just not on the field...

it would be used with D-Draw, Allure of Darkness and Trade-in! meaning alot of decks would use this card...

[/quote']

I would heavily disagree that the created D-hero would see play. Yes it can be used for draw fodder for D-Draw, Allure, or Trade-in but it doesn't fit the synergy of the deck. If you view the monster line-up of any Tele-DAD deck or a DAD deck in general all monsters in that deck has a purpose. A 1 Tribute level 8 D-Hero with 2500 ATK that causes you lose LP if it's destroyed won't see a whole lot of play. Most DAD decks don't use a lot of Tribute Material monsters unless they have some sort of Grave effect and the only Tribute monster that is seeing play is Caius for obvious reasons.

Sorry for the double post but I just wanted to announce that I'll be organizing a class for "Card Making 101" and would like to know how many people would like to participate in the session.

The format of the class is going to be discussion/lecture based. I'll take on several questions from the people participating in the class and break down the basics of card making when tackling the question. For example, if someone is looking for help on tuners I'll discuss the specifics of tuners and what to take into consideration when making a tuner monster.
