Well the card is not very original, I like the picture though. It is kind of a card you use if you only have like 5 minutes for a duel and want to end it quickly.

Re-fixed OCG:

 

This card can only be activated if both player's Life points are 3000 or less. Flip 3 coins. Activate the following effect based on the result:

-2 heads, 1 Tail: You win the Duel.

-2 Tails, 1 Head: You lose the Duel.

-3 Heads or 3 Tails: Flip the 3 coins again.
