my second "good" card

you might remember this effect from heavenly knight but i fixed the effect and so here it is correct on anything.

 

 

here the effect

This monster can only be Special Summoned if both players have at least 5 monsters in their Graveyards and at least 1000 Life Points. When this monster is Special Summoned, both players gain 500 Life Points. They may also select 3 monsters in their Graveyard and place them at the top of their Deck.
